THIS is the sickening moment a man steals flowers from the grave of two young sisters – and he’s allegedly been doing it every week.
Friends of Steve and Pat Russell – who lost their two daughters Kerry and Kirsty at a young age due to a heart condition – began to notice that flowers repeatedly went missing from the family grave at Eastern Cemetery in Hull.
Kerry died at the age of 12, and Kirsty died at the age of 18 – and their parents have both died in recent years.
And when family members would visit the graves, they would notice that decorations and flowers left as tribute to their memory would often disappear each week.
Allan Hiley, 73, from Halifax, West Yorkshire, told The Hull Daily Mail:“It’s the grave of my auntie and uncle and their two daughters. I come over every now and again to visit the grave and friends who knew them.
“They rang me up a while ago to tell me someone was taking the flowers and decorations. I was horrified.

“The love that family had between them was incredible and the fact that someone could be doing that to their grave is a farce.
“I was upset about it. They were a lovely family. They are not resting in peace because of this.”
The family decided to install a camera overlooking the grave – and they were shocked at what they found.

In September a man who no family member can recognise was caught on camera stealing the flowers.
He then visited the grave again in November – with the flowers going missing once again.
A family friend, who asked not to be named, said: “It’s just disgusting. Why would you do that to a grave? I can’t get my head around it.”
The footage has been passed onto Humberside Police.
