A MUM has claimed that her son talks to the dead and can give incredible detail about their lives that he shouldn’t know – and her child isn’t the only one.

Tricia Jordan, from Newport, Gwent, says that her son Luca, seven, has been “seeing” her dead grandmother since he was a baby.

The mum-of-two, who works as a medical secretary, says she used to be scared by her sons claims – but now she feels comforted.

Speaking to the Daily Mail she said: “My grandmother passed away when Luca was 18 months old. He had just started to speak, and the first thing he told me was how Granny would tuck him up in bed. I found it really strange. It used to scare me, and I’d change the subject.

“One of the eeriest things was him singing The Big Ship Sails On The Ally-Ally-O, which she always sang to me. He would sing it over and over, and tell me how Granny was there. I had never sung it to him. There is no way he could have known this song.

“As time went on, I realised he wasn’t scared so it was all right.”

At the age of four, they were passing a property near their home.

Tricia says that Luca, at the age of four, said to him that a man called Martin used to live there, but died in a fire.

The mum claims that she then checked the census, and found that a man called Martin did used to live there.

She added: “I have always believed [in the afterlife] a little bit, but what I have seen with Luca blew my mind. It made me believe completely.”

Other parents have told the paper of similar experiences, including Rebecca Evans.

She says that her three-year-old daughter Rosalyn speaks often in a matter of fact way of her encounters with dead people – and also recites her experiences in incredible detail.

NAZI SURPRISE: Was Luftwaffe pilot reincarnated as a boy from Middlesbrough? Mum’s shock as her toddler son recalls past life as a Nazi

A MUM has told how her toddler son became convinced he was a reincarnated Nazi pilot who flew a Messerschmitt bomber in World War Two.

Carl Edon, from Middlesbrough, was in his room one day when mum Val looked at what her five-year-old was drawing.

He had drawn an eagle, with air force badges and a swastika.

And his parents became increasingly concerned on Carl’s sixth birthday when dad Jim saw one of his son’s drawings which again featured incredible detail of a German bomber cockpit.

Val and Jim then recalled that even at the age of two, Carl would wake from dreams muttering that his plane had crashed.

But Carl refused to accept that they are dreams.

He would tell his parents: “It really happened.

“I died. One of our engines ran out and I opened a hatch to try and get out, but my right leg was gone.”

His parents decided to ask him more questions about it as he grew older, as they remained sceptical.

When asked what uniform he wore, he would reply right away: “Grey trousers, tucked into knee-high leather boots and a black jacket.”

Jim decided to visit a local library, finding books about the Luftwaffe which matched Carl’s drawings exactly.

The parents then came across a legend of a crashed German bomber following an attack on North Sea merchant ships in January 15, 1942.

When British rescue workers found the crash site on a railway track in the Thornaby-on-Tees area, there were expected to be four pilots.

However they only pulled three charred bodies from the plane – with the fourth one apparently missing.

The parents now believe the legend could have a link to Carl, born on December 29, 1972.

Val said: “When I talk to him about anything, it’s as if he is staring straight through me.”

Carl recalled having another father, named Fritz, and another mother – though he cannot remember her name.

“But I am your mother,” Val would say.

Carl responded: “I know but she’s my mother, too.”

Val has even listened in horror as Carl would describe his “final moments” during a horrific plane crash.

During school, rumours of his belief in his “past life” got out at school and fellow pupils would tease him.

Classmates would make the Nazi salute at him, leaving him in tears and having to go home.

As her became an adult Carl became a father, and was engaged with a second baby on the way.

Tragically, however, he was murdered by British Rail worker Gary Vinter in 1995, who stabbed him 37 times.

Two years later an amazing discovery was made in the area – the original crashed Luftwaffe craft, complete with a skeleton belonging to German pilot Heinrich Richter who rescue workers could not find at the time of the 1942 incident.

Val and Jim Edon attended a ceremony to see the body laid to rest.

But there was one final puzzle to solve, and it was raised by Middlesbrough historian Bill Norman who tracked down Richter’s family.

He obtained a picture through them of the German airman, which was then sent to the parents.

They claimed it was like looking at a ghost of their son.

And as they looked at it more they couldn’t believe their eyes – with Richter’s jacket bearing the insignia of eagles just like Carl’s drawings more than 30 years ago.

Hollie Smith from New Addington, South London, also claims that her son can speak to people she cannot see.

Her son Riley, six, often waves to people who aren’t there.

Honor Broxap, a celebrity psychic, says that such sightings from children should not be rubbished.

She said: “We are all born with a sixth sense. Yet we stop using it as we get older.

“Children are much more believing, less questioning or cynical. They have not yet been conditioned to think that it’s all just nonsense.”
